Description

Minimal Disney Villain number 12: Governor Ratcliffe from Pocahontas (I hope you would know that). I'm trying to get the main "streamline" Disney villains done first before I get into the lesser known ones. Anyway, I watched Pocahontas the other day and remembered this dude. Villain-wise he wasn't particularly intimidating or interesting, but the epicness of the rest of the movie more than makes up for it

I wasn't originally going to have this one predominately purple, but I wanted some variety in the color of the backgrounds in this series, and I associate Ratcliffe strongly with this color purple haha. It has an interesting effect on the piece I think, I'm open to feedback though for sure

EDIT: Went back and tweaked the hat a bit so it was more visible. That and I sort of straightened out the facial hair
